Development and Award Schemes
Winstrada provides development and award schemes for Rebound Therapy and all levels of gymnastics
and trampolining; mainstream and for people with special needs.

The award schemes comprise 10 levels or grades; grade 1 is the most elementary
and grade 10 the most advanced. Grades 1 and 2 are generally
used for pre-school children and people with special needs.
Most mainstream school age children start on grade 3.
Grades 1 and 2 of the trampolining scheme are also suitable for Rebound Therapy and were complied in association with 'Rebound Therapy.org' - who are the UK training agency and international consultancy for Rebound Therapy.
The trampoline
scheme also has three advanced grades; A1, A2 and A3.
A certificate and woven cloth badge are available for the achievement
of each grade. These can be ordered either online or by post. See links on menu at top of page.
As well as providing badge and certificate awards for the completion of each grade, we also provide wall charts for reference, and class check-off sheets for teachers and instructors to track progress.

Please note: These award scheme check-off sheets are only for
use by qualified coaches / teachers / therapists. None of the elements or progressions
shown in these sheets should be attempted without qualified
tuition and supervision.
Those who wish to use trampoline grades 1 and 2 to teach people with disabilities are recommended to attend a Rebound Therapy training course.
It should be noted that the high kneeling exercises in the trampoline grades 1 and 2 are performed whilst static or with gentle movement only. Teachers should guard against allowing students to drop into a high kneeling position.
